About the Author - Lisa Alexander

Lisa Alexander is the author of PharmRepSelect© and creator of Interview Insight© audio CD series. Currently, Lisa consults with job candidates and companies to match candidates with job opportunities. Throughout her career, Lisa has worked directly for fortune 100 pharmaceutical companies. Performing various job functions as sales rep, district manager, trainer and recruiter, Lisa has screened, interviewed, hired and placed over four-thousand reps to work for major drug companies. Lisa's experience training managers interview selection skills and techniques designed to fit the right candidate with the right job, enabled her to write this book and record the CDs that have helped thousands of job candidates perform their best and get job offers.

Lisa began her pharma  career as a pharmaceutical  sales rep with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, there she was awarded with several sales honors including  president's cup. At Novartis Pharmaceuticals she launched several new drugs and also won several sales awards and promotions. As manager with Innovex, Lisa's responsibilities included district sales management, recruiting , sourcing and selecting candidates for direct hire with all of their the pharmaceutical company clients. While employed with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as  regional recruiter, Lisa identified talent, recruited sales reps and trained managers interview selection. Lisa received her BA degree in Speech Communications from Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ. With Interview Insight audio CD series and PharmRepSelect© book, Lisa is pleased to be helping job candidates achieve their professional goals.
