Yes! The

Package! I wanted a job in this field knowing nothing about the
business; I needed good information from experts. I read many book
reviews for several "How to Get a Job in Pharmaceutical Sales" before
purchasing any. I noticed happy people writing reviews because they had
just gotten job offers from companies like Pfizer, Novartis and other
big pharmaceutical companies. So I decided to buy "PharmRepSelect"
because the author had directly worked and hired employees for these
companies. This author currently sources, recruits for big
Pharmaceutical and consults with candidates looking to improve their
interview skills. So I knew I needed this information. So I bought the
book. I read it in a very short time because it was fun to read. The
personal stories from the author about what it is like to be a sales rep
helped me understand the job. I used all of the information in this book
during all of my interviews. Questions like, "Why do you want to be a
Pharmaceutical Rep?" "Describe a difficult selling situation and how you
knew when to give up" would have been impossible for me to answer had I
not read PharmRepSelect. Having the ability, courage and confidence to
ask for the job offer would also have been impossible if I did not read
this book. Listening to the author pretend to be a candidate on
"Interview Insight" CD was invaluable.
There are many books on this subject so the bar is set high, but I don't
know of any others written by an author with these credentials. I
learned just what I needed to know about the business of being a
Pharmaceutical Sales Rep, how to get an interview, how to answer
telephone and face to face interview questions. Lisa Alexander has been
in the Pharmaceutical industry for many years and it's evident through
her writing. She shares personal stories, manager surveys from her
colleagues. You can only get this type of information from someone who
has been in the business for many years. What makes PharmRepSelect the
standard among all the books on this subject? There is no filler in this
book, the information is accurate, timeless, and has a true message
about achieving success.
